Technology does not fail on the day it is installed. It fails eighteen months later, quietly, when a certificate expires or a licence downgrades or an update changes a default nobody was watching.

Ongoing care means we watch for that. We hold the documentation, we know which box is in which closet, and we know the history of what has been changed and why. When something breaks you do not spend the first hour explaining your own environment to a stranger.

We also read your invoices. Renewals get reviewed before they bill, not after. When a vendor moves you to a higher tier or adds a licence you did not ask for, we catch it and dispute it. That alone has covered our fee more than once.

Monthly, per site, with what is covered written down. No minimum multi-year term to get a sensible rate.
