Tech that
works.
Less, chosen well, beats more, chosen fast. We design and build small, well-made systems — then leave room to grow them, one piece at a time, as budget allows.
Why we changed what we do
A simple system that works beats a complex one that doesn't.
Most technology gets bought the same way: buy the platform, buy the tier above the one you're on, add the feature you might need someday. The result is a stack nobody fully understands, doing a fraction of what any one piece of it could do well on its own.
We build the other way. A camera system that actually shows up on the screen you already look at. One room of smart control, wired properly, instead of a whole house half configured. A venue's music, video and screens run from one system instead of three that don't talk to each other. Small, and it works.
Then we leave room. The next camera, the next room, the next screen — engineered to snap on later, not to force a rebuild. Land something simple and solid, and grow it only when you're ready to.
How the work runs
Four steps, in this order.
Most clients run straight through all four. But you can stop after any one of them if that's all you need.
- 01
Take inventory
Start with a clear picture Before we design anything, we find out what you have, what your space and budget call for, and what the simplest version of the finished system looks like. - 02
Make it work together
Design before you build We design the smallest system that gets everything talking to each other — new pieces, existing ones, or both — before anything gets installed. - 03
Put it in
Installed, configured, handed over We do the physical and the configuration work, across as many sites as you have, and we do not leave until someone on your side can actually run it. - 04
Keep it running
The part most people skip Ongoing care — monitoring, patching, renewals, and a number that a person answers. This is the works, kept in working order.
What we work on
Security & video
Cameras, recorders, cloud video, alarm and door access — across one site or forty. Authorized Brivo reseller, so the door and camera systems come from one accountable vendor, not three.
Networks & connectivity
The wiring, switching and Wi-Fi everything else depends on. Usually where the fault actually is.
Identity & access
Who gets into what, from which device, and what happens the day they leave.
Endpoints & mobile
Laptops, phones and tablets enrolled, patched, and recoverable when one goes missing.
Business platforms
Microsoft 365, point of sale, scheduling, phones — the tools the day actually runs on.
Vendor wrangling
Renewals, licensing tiers, support escalations. We read the invoice so you do not have to.
Home control
Home Assistant, done properly — one room with a tablet and real automations, expanded to the next room when the budget allows.
AV & multimedia
Screens, sound and video, run from one system rather than three that do not talk to each other. Built for venues that cannot afford a dead PA on a Saturday.
Start with a clear picture.
An inventory takes a day or two and ends in a document you keep — the start of a system built small and made to grow, whether or not you do anything else with us.
